Constructed out of Solid Cellular Vinyl. Curved brackets. Factory pre-finished white. Each window box has two drainage holes. Widest boxes (60" and 72" wide) have three supporting brackets and two recessed panels all others have two brackets and one recessed panel. Delivered fully assembled.
